Why hasn't My Order Shipped?
Before contacting us, check the product details page for pre-order release date. All pre-order usually ship on or before release date.

Most people that contact us fail to notice or 
make a note of the pre-order release date.  

Why hasn't My In-Stock Items Shipped?
We can not and do not split shipment.  All items are shipped together when the last one arrives.  You must place a separate order if you don't want your in-stock items to be held.
