DAILY G EPISODE #15 - WE OPEN MASTEDON 3 & BLOODGOOD DANGEROUSLY CLOSE!! THE POSTER ROCKS, GOTTA SEE

On Daily G Episode #15 we open up two records on camera so that you can see that as we see them.

We open up Bloodgood - Dangerously Close both the Silver and the Red with Smoky Swirl and even show you the poster. Yes, it's big. It's 24"x24". Basically 4 times the size of a record jacket. We also open up Mastedon 3, which is a gatefold, and more importantly it spins at 45rpm something I forgot to mention. Both Kerry Livgren of Kansas as well as Dave Amato of REO play guitars on this album. It's a really cool double splatter with 2 colors on each vinyl pressed on a cloudy clear record.

Mastedon was the brainchild of John and Dino Elefante.

Mastedon 3 was a John Elefante solo album that morphed into a large project. Elephant-like large. Originally Revolution of Mind, Europe opted for the Mastedon 3 branding which we agreed was better. But it has alot of improvement. First it was remastered for Vinyl and like I said, spins at 45 rpm for optimal clarity. Ken Westphal was the original artist of this album that came out on Frontiers Records some 11 years ago in 2009. We asked Ken to work with us to complete this beast so that when you open it, it hits you in the face, and that it does. Thank you Ken!!!!

Another record never before on vinyl was Dangerously Close from Bloodgood.

Originally released in 2013, Oz Fox joins the band and co-write multiple songs. Oz is one of the founding members of the band Stryper. Never before on vinyl we thought this also needed a bit of an upgrade so we used that kick-ass photo on the back of the CD and made it the front cover. This album comes in silver, black or red with smoke marble/swirl. You might wanna grab one of each, they are that cool. Anyways, we did something even more special with this. It comes with a 24"x24" band poster.
