Ignescent is a Christian Rock band out of Chicago, IL. fronted by powerhouse vocalist Jennifer Benson. Ignescent has written with Ben Kasica, the original guitarist of Skillet, and Sameer Bhattachary of Flyleaf. Kevin Young (Disciple) is featured on the song Not Today from their Fight In Me album. They have played at numerous festivals such as Loud N Proud (Germany) Exodo Fest (Mexico), Incarceration Fest (Ohio), RockFest  (Wisconsin), Lifest main stage (Wisconsin). They have opened for Hinder, Flyleaf, Skillet, Saliva, Stryper, Disciple and many others.  

They have steadily built a reputation as one of the most compelling modern Christian rock bands to emerge in recent years. Formed in 2018, the band has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe while earning major chart recognition along the way. Their single “Not Today” reached #1 on the Christian Rock Billboard chart, while “Remnant” broke into the Billboard Rock Charts at #46.

Girder just inked a deal with Frontiers Records and founding member Jennifer Benson to not only put out a Girder Music Exclusive variant in Yellow but also a Deluxe Edition of the CD on Girder Records that includes 4 bonus tracks, exclusive to our USA/Girder release.
